The USAID Global Health Fellows Program II (GHFP-II), implemented by the Public Health Institute, was the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) premier fellowship program designed to develop a diverse group of global health professionals to address the Agency's immediate and emerging human capital needs.
As the Communications and Outreach Assistant, I managed logistics for large outreach and recruiting events while providing administrative coordination for the Communications, Outreach and Diversity team, the Oakland office, and visiting C-level executives. I also contributed to the development of social media campaigns, blogs, and event photography.
Spotlight: Conference and Special Events Photography
Photo capture was one facet of documenting the impact of the program's outreach efforts. It allowed me to connect with event attendees and share the fellows' work. Photos taken and edited by me.

Campaigns on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) were a team effort and focused on recruitment, fellow and alumni accomplishments, and upcoming events. My personal designs are included here.
